Meet Amber, the ultimate kid at heart and a vibrant member of the Ausome Match team since January 2023! Amber is the go-to friend to make all activities fun! With an intuitive ability to connect with youth and children of all ages, Amber brings warmth, creativity, and genuine care to every session. Her work is grounded in fostering empowerment, independence, and connection.

Amber’s strengths shine in her work with a great knowledge in the fundamentals of SLP and OT through the lens of an emerging RDI Consultant.

Her leadership at The Spot, our teen space, as Teen Lead, is known for creating and spotlighting positive memory bank experiences for our teens. She approaches each teen social group session with compassion and joy.

As an RDI Consultant CIT, Amber coaches and empowers parents in our parent-powered RDI program by fostering meaningful relationships, building dynamic thinking skills, and supporting long-term mental well-being.

With years of hands-on experience across roles in behaviour support (with her niche being PDA profiles), social coaching, and mental health support, Amber’s holistic approach reflects her passion for empowerment and connections.

When she’s not working alongside families, youth, kiddos, or building our social media platforms, Amber is either planning her next adventures around the world or spending time with family… and cats!
